 A Lump Sum Contract is suitable if the scope and schedule of the project are sufficiently defined to allow the consulting engineer to estimate project costs.  Therefore the advantage to using a "lump sum" building contract is the security to the homeowners.  This gives you a piece of mind that there is no more money to pay for rising costs of materials during the construction of your home. If some unforeseen issue arises during construction where there are added costs, we must cover it from our own funds since we made the guarantee of costs to you.

 Project Management / Construction Management:
